The direct developer price

At Milan CIP, you always buy at the direct developer price: we never mark up the price set by the developer. Our fee is in fact covered by the developer, as part of their overall sales budget — a budget that exists regardless of the channel through which a home is sold, and which is therefore already included in the price of every unit in the development.

In practice, this means that all buyers of a new development contribute, through the price they pay, to funding this sales budget — but only some of them, those who go through our firm, actually benefit from it in the form of personalised support, at no extra cost to them.
